Road Trip

Ok, when I was a little kid I was on a road trip from Napier to Tokoroa . my cousin Kerinza was with me. It was a sunny day when I left Napier ,so I winded my window down and put my hand out the window, It was freezing cold and the wind stopped me from going foward.
Then it started to rain continuesly that made it more fun because every time me and my cousin put our hands back in we high fived eachother as our hands were freezing like ice.
We all saw many things such as :
~A car that crashed in a ditch
~Ice cold rain
~Lake Taupo
~Beautiful and colorful Christmas lights
~Many kinds of trees
Evey time we went around a corner we put our hands looking over land as mostly every time we went around a corner it was high on a hill.
It was all a life experience
Try it one roadtrip.

Wierd  Science

Archaeologists have discovered a 4,500-year-old Egyptian pyramid that has been lost for over 3,000 years. It's believed to be the tomb of  King Menkaouhor—who ruled in 2,400 BC—and was found in the middle of a sprawling burial complex at Saqqara, Egypt. Where scientists also discovered a new stretch of a sacred road that was used for lavish funeral processions.

King Menkaouhor

Also known as Menkeris.
His pyramid was reported to have been found in 1842 by a
German archaeologist Karl Richard Lepsius.
Found in Saqqara.

The Amazing Eiffel Tower

Have you ever been to Paris and seen the Eiffel Tower you own eyes?
As you know the Eiffel Tower is located in Paris (the city of love) ,FRANCE.
Did you know that the Eiffel Tower was built as an archway entrance to the World exposition held in 1889 and it was designed by Alexander Gustave Eiffel
He was a French structural engineer from the École Centrale Paris
It is an interesting fact to know that his creation was named after him. EIFFEL tower

But, guess what!? To be the best landmark in Paris, Gustave the Eiffel tower took 2 years, 2 months and 5 days to actually give the Eiffel tower its strength and to actually build it.

Also, since the Eiffel tower was built in 1889, which makes it 123 years old .The tower is still standing in perfect shape.
However, The Eiffel Tower which swings in air is purely made of steel. In fact, Gustave Eiffel built it with steel to prove the fact that steel can be as strong as stones. The tower was built using 9,441 tons of steel, made at a factory owned by Dupont and Fould.
The tower weighs 10,100 tons, 7,300 ton is pure metal,

But, if you think that the Effel Tower's materials only costed 1,000 plus
Well, your wrong.. Because, it costed the Eiffel Tower about $1.5 million.
Which is a huge amount.
Also, most people in Paris mostly ride a Skyline near the Tower to see it light up at night..
They can see it properly, because the height was 312m earlier without the antennas. And as the antennas were added for radio transmission, the height of the Eiffel Tower increased to 324m
So thats why I love Paris and the Effel Tower.

I hoped you enjoyed this information.

White Island
White Island
White Island
Known as Whakaari in the local Maori dialect, the name “White Island” came from Captain Cook who thought it was always in a cloud of white steam. Located in the Bay of Plenty near the North Island, it is an active volcano and was the former location of a sulfur mining operation which ended in disaster. Helicopter and boat trips to the island leave daily from Whakatane.

Rotorua Hot Spring
Rotorua Hot Spring

Rotorua
Rotorua is one of the most active geothermal areas in the world. You can find boiling mud and pools of scalding water in the city parks. There are also geysers and geothermal spas nearby. You will know when you are close to Rotorua because of the strong sulfur smell in the city. In addition to the geothermal attractions, Rotorua is also a hub for adventure tourism as well as water sports on Lake Rotorua. Rotorua can be reached in a days driving from Auckland.
